Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution through contact at ask@viphnoreievun.world. If informal resolution fails, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for court proceedings may lie in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Severability & assignment
If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger or sale of assets; you may not assign without our consent.
Changes to these terms
