Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly with Viphnoreievun for services and digital products described at checkout. Third-party facilities or marketplaces may impose additional rules shown on their receipt. Our registered address is 220 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 2L7, Canada.
Eligibility
To request a refund or credit, you must be the person named on the payment method or provide written authorization from that person. We may ask for booking references, order identifiers, and proof of purchase to prevent fraud and protect account holders.
Digital goods
If we offer downloadable guides or templates, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not materially accessed the full file beyond any stated preview. Where a preview is unavailable, the fourteen-day window still applies from the purchase timestamp in Eastern Time. If you download the complete product, we may decline refund except where required by law.
Fair access
We log access events to resolve disputes proportionately and to protect intellectual property.
Defective files
If a file is corrupted, we will replace it or refund at our discretion after good-faith troubleshooting.
Scheduled sessions
For booked pool sessions or coaching blocks, you may cancel or reschedule without fee up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours may receive a credit toward a future session where we can reasonably resell the time; refunds are not guaranteed for late cancellations except as required by law or by explicit written promise at purchase (this policy does not add such promises by default).
Packages & passes
Multi-session packages may expire on the date stated at purchase. Unused sessions after expiry are generally forfeited unless we agree in writing to an extension due to documented unavailability on our side or force majeure events such as facility closures outside your control.
Credits
When we issue credits instead of cash refunds, credits are denominated in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, apply to future eligible purchases, and expire twelve months from issuance unless a different period is communicated in writing.
Refund process & timing
Email ask@viphnoreievun.world with your request. We acknowledge within five business days and decide within a reasonable period consistent with payment network rules. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when technically possible; otherwise we may use an alternative traceable method. Processing by banks may add additional days.
Non-refundable & third-party fees
Facility entry fees, parking, or partner surcharges that we collect as a pass-through may follow the partner’s non-refundable rules. We disclose pass-through items before payment when feasible.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can correct legitimate issues. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of future bookings pending investigation.
Gift purchases
Gift purchases follow the same cancellation windows once the recipient schedules a session. The purchaser may request administrative corrections for typos in recipient email within seven days of purchase.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction. If a mandatory rule provides a longer cooling-off or refund right, that rule applies to the extent required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect fee structures, partner rules, or legal requirements. The effective date in the hero section identifies the latest revision. Purchases made after a change are governed by the updated policy.
